Shipping Options
We currently ship with UPS and are always working to provide our customers with the best, most cost-effective shipping options.
Free shipping is available only within the continental United States.

Easy Returns and Exchanges
Violet Rodriguez will gladly accept returns on any unopened merchandise within 15 days of receipt. Please email Support@VioletRodriguez.shop to request a return authorization for any online order. UPS is our preferred method of return shipping. We cannot cover return shipping costs, but will ship your exchange free of charge. Proof of purchase (e.g., your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt) is required for exchanges or returns. Refunds will be for the returned merchandise, not shipping costs.
If there is a problem with your order, we will gladly resolve the issue within 15 days of receipt. Please email Support@VioletRodriguez.shop with the details of your order. If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will need photos of the item in order to exchange or refund, so please be sure to include photos in your email.
Sale items and bundles are final and cannot be returned.
